foreThought.net and Axess Communications today announced that foreThought.net would acquire the Internet Service Provider customer base of Axess Communications.

Denver, CO (PRWEB) June 18, 2009 -- foreThought.net and Axess Communications today announced that foreThought.net would acquire the Internet Service Provider customer base of Axess Communications.

"Ensuring the absolute highest level of support and reliability was the most important part of our decision to move these customers to foreThought.net." In addition, this lets Axess Communications focus on its core communications system business. Many of these accounts will remain customers of Axess Communications market-leading PBX and Data services.

In addition to the customer and asset purchase, the companies entered into a strategic alliance by signing an Agency agreement with foreThought.net, which will allow Axess Communications to directly sell foreThought.net's advanced broadband and VoIP services, including its PerfectFone suite of DSL, T1, and Ethernet-based integrated VoIP services.
