Thank you for the "heads up" on the virus yesterday. I received the exact e-mail message you warned me about this morning. I did not open the attachment and I deleted the e mail. If it hadn't been for your warning, I would have opened it.
I had no idea of the service outage (although I'm sure it's in my server logs), but I appreciate your notification immensely. This level of service reinforces my choice to move from USWnet as my ISP. (And I'm a USWest employee!)
